Andie has also been working in the team development and training industry for over 35 years. Designing and developing award winning executive, leadership and team training programmes for HR Directors and Training Managers within the public and private sectors.
He has been instrumental in the development of 'real projects' for corporate training purposes across the UK and overseas, linking CSR projects to training and development needs. Helping to promote community, social and environmental responsibility for corporate clients whilst developing the project as the medium for experiential learning, aligned to business and training needs.
Andie also facilitates visioning programmes for executives and companies, developing long term strategies that deliver change and empower people; challenging thinking, developing the strategy and enabling individuals to realise their potential as leaders to deliver that vision.
